It took a couple revisions but they understood the instructions regarding tone of voice, emphasis, pacing and professionally adapted to the requests asked of them. I do feel that revisions should either be a bit cheaper, or that we are permitted two free ones instead of one. Other than that the experience was very convenient and allowed my small business to hire quality talent at an affordable price. Thank you."
